Custom software development: tools that fit the way you work.
Business applications, portals, automation and links between your tools for companies in Belgium: we build what doesn't exist off the shelf, and tell you when an existing product will do.
The problem
Spreadsheets, emails and copy-paste: the real software of many companies.
A shared spreadsheet nobody dares to touch any more, data re-entered in three different tools, approvals that run through email. It works, until the one person who understands the file goes on holiday.
Off-the-shelf software covers the basics, rarely your particular processes. That is often exactly where the hours go, and where errors creep in.
Custom software isn't just for large corporations. It's often the simplest way to stop working around your tools.
What we build
Tools built around your processes
We start from the way your team actually works, not from a checklist of features.
Business applications
The tool that replaces the spreadsheet at the heart of your business: cases, stock, scheduling, field work or orders.
- Case, stock, scheduling or field work management
- Simple screens for your team, on desktop and mobile
- Roles and access rights per user
- Dashboards built on your own data
Web portals
An online space for your clients, suppliers or partners, so they don't need to ask you for every piece of information.
- Client portal: orders, documents, requests, tracking
- Supplier or partner portal
- Secure login and account management
- In English, French and Dutch
Automation
Repetitive tasks handed over to the machine, so your team can focus on work that needs judgement.
- No more re-entering data between tools
- Documents and reports generated automatically
- Approval workflows without email chains
- Alerts and reminders sent at the right time
Integrations & APIs
Getting the tools you already use to talk to each other, rather than replacing everything.
- Links between ERP, CRM, accounting and e-commerce
- Connections to Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Custom APIs for your clients or partners
- Taking over, documenting and upgrading existing applications
Approach
From need to tool in production
You see the tool take shape long before the project ends.
- 01
Scoping
We look at your processes, tools and data. If an existing product covers your need, we tell you at this stage.
- 02
Mock-up and priorities
The main screens and the scope of the first version, approved by the people who will use the tool every day.
- 03
Step-by-step development
Regular deliveries that you test as we go. Adjustments happen along the way, not after the final handover.
- 04
Go-live and follow-up
Deployment, data migration, documentation and training for your team. The same contact then handles maintenance and new features.
Why us
Software that stays yours
Straight about the need
If an existing product does the job, we recommend it rather than bill you for development you don't need.
Documented code, owned by you
Source code, documentation and access belong to you: you can change provider without rebuilding everything.
The same contact afterwards
Whoever designs the tool stays available to develop it further. That makes design shortcuts hard to justify.

Frequently asked questions
Usually an answer within one working day. For anything urgent, call: it is faster than an email.
How much does custom software cost?
The budget depends on the number of features, users and roles, the tools to connect, the data to migrate and the level of security required. We split the project into separately quoted stages: you can start with the essentials and decide on the next step once the first version is in use.
Custom software or an off-the-shelf product: how do we choose?
An off-the-shelf product is the better choice when your process is standard: invoicing, accounting, a classic CRM. Custom software pays off when the way you work is what sets you apart, when several tools need to be connected, or when adapting an existing product would cost more than a dedicated tool.
How long does it take to build a business application?
It depends on the scope: a focused tool replacing a spreadsheet takes weeks, a full application connected to several systems takes months. Building in stages means a first version can go live early and grow from there.
Who owns the code?
You do. Source code, documentation, accounts and access are handed over to you. It's a starting condition, not a favour at the end of the contract: your business should never depend on a provider holding the keys.
Can you take over an application built by someone else?
Yes. We start by reviewing it: the state of the code, existing documentation, dependencies and risks. We then tell you what can be kept, what needs upgrading and what would be cheaper to rebuild.
Do you provide maintenance after go-live?
Yes. The same contact follows the design, the deployment and then the maintenance: fixes, security updates and new features. The terms are set out in writing, with or without a maintenance contract depending on how the tool is used.

A process that's costing you time?
Describe it in a few lines: what you do today, with which tools, and where it gets stuck. We'll tell you whether development makes sense, and what kind.
