Managed IT · Brussels & Flemish Brabant

IT support for businesses in Brussels, on site and remote.

User support, monitoring, updates and backups: your IT looked after by a single point of contact, on a monthly contract or on demand.

The problem

In a small company, IT is everyone's job. So it's nobody's.

The laptop that crawls, the printer that won't respond, the password locked on a Monday morning: taken one by one, they're details. Added up, they cost hours every week, usually from the colleague who is “good with computers” and wasn't hired for it.

The real risk lies elsewhere: a backup nobody checks, security updates pushed back, a former employee's access never removed. None of it shows, until the day an incident stops the business.

Calling someone when things break looks cheaper. IT that is looked after avoids the emergencies, and the invoices that come with them.

What's covered

Complete IT support, not just break-fix

The scope is written into the contract: you know what's included, what isn't, and who to call.

User support

One point of contact for your staff when something gets stuck, in English, French or Dutch. Remote first, on site when it's needed.

  • Remote assistance on workstations
  • On-site interventions in Brussels and Flemish Brabant
  • Microsoft 365, email, printers and everyday applications
  • Joiners and leavers: accounts, access and equipment

Monitoring & updates

We keep an eye on what needs watching and apply patches before a known vulnerability turns into an incident.

  • Monitoring of servers, network and workstations
  • Scheduled updates and security patches
  • Endpoint protection kept under watch
  • Alerts reviewed and handled within the agreed times

Backups & recovery

Verified backups, because a backup that has never been restored isn't one. And a written procedure for the day you need it.

  • Backup of servers, Microsoft 365 and critical workstations
  • Regular restore tests
  • Written recovery procedure after an incident
  • Control over access to sensitive data

Network & security

Wi-Fi, firewall, remote access: the foundation everything runs on, kept up to date and documented.

  • Network, Wi-Fi and VPN for remote working
  • Firewall and network segmentation
  • Management of access rights and admin accounts
  • Documentation of your IT estate, readable by a third party

Getting started

How we take over your IT

We don't take on an IT estate without looking at it first.

  1. 01

    Initial review

An inventory of your estate: workstations, servers, network, licences, backups and access rights. You receive a written report, with the urgent points first.

  2. 02

    Catch-up

We start with whatever carries a risk: backups, overdue updates, access to remove. The rest is planned around your priorities and budget.

  3. 03

    Contract or on demand

You choose the arrangement: a monthly contract with a defined scope and response times, or on-demand interventions, invoiced when you need them.

  4. 04

    Follow-up and reporting

A periodic report: what was done, what is ageing and what you will need to budget for. No unpleasant surprises at the end of the year.

Why us

An IT partner who knows your set-up

  1. One point of contact

The person who knows your installation is the person you call. You don't explain your context again with every request.

  2. On site when it matters

Based in Machelen, next to Zaventem, we come to your offices in Brussels and Flemish Brabant. Most requests, though, are solved faster remotely.

  3. Documented and reversible

Passwords, configurations and documentation belong to you. If you change provider, you leave with everything.

Frequently asked questions

Usually an answer within one working day. For anything urgent, call: it is faster than an email.

What does an IT support contract include?

A support contract covers the day-to-day running of your IT: user support, monitoring, updates, backups and baseline security. It sets out the exact scope, the response times and how often you receive a report. Anything outside it, such as buying hardware or a migration project, is quoted separately, and you know before it starts.

How much does IT support cost for a small business?

The budget depends mainly on the number of workstations and users, the servers and network to look after, how often we need to be on site and the state of your IT at the start. We don't publish a standard package: we quote after the initial review, with a fixed monthly amount if you choose the contract.

Monthly contract or on-demand support: which is right for us?

On-demand interventions suit a small, stable set-up where little goes wrong. A monthly contract makes more sense once IT is critical to your business: monitoring and updates prevent part of the failures, and the budget becomes predictable. We recommend one or the other once we've seen your set-up.

Do you come on site?

Yes, in Brussels and Flemish Brabant. Most requests are handled remotely, which is quicker for you. We come over when it's needed: hardware, network, setting up a new workstation or an incident that can't be fixed remotely.

Do you support English-speaking teams?

Yes. We work in English, French and Dutch, and your staff can contact us in whichever language they're most comfortable with. Reports and documentation are written in the language your team works in.

What happens if we change provider?

You leave with everything: documentation of your estate, passwords, configurations and admin rights. We organise the handover with the new provider. An IT estate should never depend on one person holding the keys.
