Inperio Digital SRL (BV), with its registered office in Machelen (Flemish Brabant, Belgium), registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0788.622.470, is the controller of the personal data collected via this site, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679, hereinafter “GDPR”) and of the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

For any question about your data: info@inperiodigital.com or +32 496 77 85 97. Given its size and the nature of its processing activities, Inperio Digital SRL (BV) is not required to appoint a data protection officer; requests are handled directly by the management.

Via the contact form: your name, your company name, your email address, your telephone number (optional), the subject selected and the content of your message. Only the name, email address and message are necessary to handle the enquiry. Via the quote request form on our campaign pages: your name, your company name, your email address and your telephone number (required so we can contact you about the quote), the type of project, your message (optional), and the language and address of the page from which the request was sent.

Via a quote request form on Facebook or Instagram (Meta form): your name, your email address, your telephone number and the answers you choose to give to the form’s questions. Meta Platforms Ireland Limited collects this data on our behalf and passes it on to us.

When you write or call us directly: the data you choose to share with us, together with the history of the exchanges that follow.

When browsing the site: the technical data recorded by our host in its server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time), for the purposes of security, abuse prevention and the proper functioning of the service.

We collect no special categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR (health, beliefs, biometric data and so on) and we ask you not to include any in the “Message” field. If you send us a curriculum vitae, it is processed solely in the context of the enquiry concerned.

Responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing an offer: processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form (and, on the quote request form, by ticking the box provided), and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Following up the commercial relationship and keeping a record of our professional exchanges: the legitimate interest of Inperio Digital SRL (BV) in managing its business, documenting its contacts and defending its rights (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Measuring how the site is used with Google Analytics, only if you have accepted it (Article 6.1.a GDPR), as described in the Cookies and audience measurement section.

Measuring the performance of our Google Ads campaigns, only if you have accepted it (Article 6.1.a GDPR), as described in the Cookies and audience measurement section.

Ensuring the security, availability and integrity of the site: legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure against abuse (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Complying with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations, where a contractual relationship is established (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated prospecting, profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects concerning you.

Without your consent, this site sets no audience measurement or advertising cookies, and no social network sharing button drops a tracker on it. The banner shown on your first visit lets you accept or decline each of the kinds of measurement described below, separately.

With your consent to audience measurement, we use Google Analytics, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to understand how the site is used: pages viewed, where visits come from (search engine, ad, link), type of device, length of the visit, and quote requests (a form sent, a click on our phone number or on WhatsApp), without the content of the message. Google then sets the _ga and _ga_<identifier> cookies, kept for thirteen months at most, and receives technical data about your visit; your IP address is used to infer a country or region and is then not stored. The statistics are kept for fourteen months. Google signals and ad personalisation are switched off: this data is not used to show you advertising. A quote request measured by Analytics is only matched with our Google Ads ads if you have also accepted ad measurement.

With your consent to ad measurement, we use Google Ads, a service of Google Ireland Limited, to measure how well our ads perform: whether a visit that came from an ad led to a quote request. Google then sets conversion measurement cookies (for example _gcl_au, kept for 90 days) and receives technical data about your visit, such as your IP address, the pages viewed and the ad click identifier. Personalised advertising (remarketing) is not enabled.

With your consent to Meta ad measurement, we use the Meta pixel, a service of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, to find out whether a visit that came from a Facebook or Instagram ad led to a quote request. Meta then sets the _fbp cookie and, if you arrive from an ad, the _fbc cookie, kept for 90 days, and receives data about your visit: your IP address, your browser, the pages viewed, the ad click identifier and, on the thank-you page, the fact that a quote request was sent (never its content). For the collection and transmission of this data to Meta, Inperio Digital SRL (BV) and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited are joint controllers (Article 26 GDPR); Meta then processes it as an independent controller, under its own privacy policy. We do not build retargeting audiences from this data.

These are based on your consent, given separately for each (Article 6.1.a GDPR and Article 129 of the Belgian Act of 13 June 2005 on electronic communications). Google and Meta may transfer this data to Google LLC and Meta Platforms, Inc. in the United States, which participate in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

Your choice, purpose by purpose, is stored in your browser for six months and then asked again. You can change it or withdraw your consent at any time via the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page. The cookies of a declined measurement are then deleted; you can also clear them from your browser settings.

Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be used, for example to remember the language you have chosen. In accordance with the regulations, such cookies do not require prior consent and serve no tracking purpose.

Your data is neither sold, rented nor exchanged. It is accessible only to those people at Inperio Digital SRL (BV) who need to know it in order to handle your enquiry.

Messages sent through our forms (contact and quote request) are emailed to our professional mailbox directly from the server that hosts the site: no third-party form service is involved. To prevent abuse, a fingerprint of your IP address (not the address itself) is kept on that server for no more than ten minutes.

Hosting of the site and retention of technical logs are provided by our hosting partner, whose identity is provided on request. Our professional mailbox is provided by an email service provider.

Our hosting and email providers process data within the European Economic Area. Should a transfer outside the EEA ever take place, it would be framed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or by another mechanism provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR. Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta measurement data, collected only with your consent, may be transferred to the United States under the conditions described in the Cookies and audience measurement section.

If you accept audience measurement, Google Ireland Limited processes the Google Analytics data on our behalf, as a processor, under its data processing terms.

If you accept ad measurement, Google Ireland Limited receives the Google Ads measurement data described in the Cookies and audience measurement section, as an independent controller.

If you accept Meta ad measurement, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited receives the data described in the Cookies and audience measurement section, as a joint controller for its collection and transmission, and then as an independent controller.

If you fill in a quote request form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta Platforms Ireland Limited collects it on our behalf, as a processor, and passes it on to us.

Your data may also be shared with our advisers (accountant, lawyer) or with the competent authorities where the law requires it.

Enquiry with no commercial follow-up: messages received via the form are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last exchange, then deleted.

Contractual relationship: the data necessary for performing the contract is kept for the whole duration of the relationship, then for the applicable legal periods — in particular the seven-year accounting retention period under Belgian law.

Technical logs held by the host: kept for a short period, defined by the provider, for security and diagnostic purposes.

Requests received through a Meta form: kept like messages from our forms. Meta keeps them available to us for 90 days at most.

Google Analytics statistics: fourteen months, then deleted automatically by Google.

You may at any time request early deletion of your data, subject to the legal retention obligations that apply to us.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to messages received is limited to the people concerned, on accounts protected by a strong password and, where the service allows, by two-factor authentication.

No system can offer absolute security. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you and notify the Belgian Data Protection Authority, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have a right of access to your data, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on our legitimate interest, and portability of the data you have provided to us.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise these rights, write to info@inperiodigital.com setting out your request. We respond within one month; this period may be extended by two months for complex or numerous requests, in which case you will be informed. Where there is reasonable doubt as to your identity, we may ask for an additional means of verification.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

We do invite you to contact us first, however: most requests are settled within a few days, without any procedure.
