Inperio Digital SRL, with its registered office in Machelen (Flemish Brabant, Belgium), registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number 0788.622.470, is the controller of the personal data collected via this site, within the meaning of the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation EU 2016/679, hereinafter « GDPR ») and of the Belgian Act of 30 July 2018 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data.

For any question about your data: info@inperiodigital.com or +32 496 77 85 97. Given its size and the nature of its processing activities, Inperio Digital SRL is not required to appoint a data protection officer; requests are handled directly by the management.

Via the contact form: your name, your company name, your email address, your telephone number (optional), the subject selected and the content of your message. Only the name, email address and message are necessary to handle the enquiry.

When you write or call us directly: the data you choose to share with us, together with the history of the exchanges that follow.

When browsing the site: the technical data recorded by our host in its server logs (IP address, browser type, pages viewed, date and time), for the purposes of security, abuse prevention and the proper functioning of the service.

We collect no special categories of data within the meaning of Article 9 GDPR (health, beliefs, biometric data and so on) and we ask you not to include any in the « Message » field. If you send us a curriculum vitae, it is processed solely in the context of the enquiry concerned.

Responding to your enquiry and, where applicable, preparing an offer: processing is based on your consent, given by submitting the form, and on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Articles 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Following up the commercial relationship and keeping a record of our professional exchanges: the legitimate interest of Inperio Digital SRL in managing its business, documenting its contacts and defending its rights (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Ensuring the security, availability and integrity of the site: legitimate interest in protecting our infrastructure against abuse (Article 6.1.f GDPR).

Complying with our legal obligations, in particular accounting and tax obligations, where a contractual relationship is established (Article 6.1.c GDPR).

We do not use your data for automated prospecting, profiling or automated decision-making producing legal effects concerning you.

This site uses no advertising cookies, no behavioural tracking cookies and no sharing buttons that drop a social network tracker. No advertising profile is built from your visit.

Only cookies strictly necessary for the operation of the site may be used, for example to remember the language you have chosen. In accordance with the regulations, such cookies do not require prior consent and serve no tracking purpose.

Should audience measurement be introduced later, it would be in a privacy-respecting configuration and this page would be updated beforehand.

Your data is neither sold, rented nor exchanged. It is accessible only to those people at Inperio Digital SRL who need to know it in order to handle your enquiry.

Submission of the contact form is handled by Formspree, Inc., a technical provider established in the United States, which routes the content of the form to our professional mailbox and stores it temporarily to allow the message to be delivered.

Hosting of the site and retention of technical logs are provided by our hosting partner, whose identity is provided on request. Our professional mailbox is provided by an email service provider.

Some of these providers are established outside the European Economic Area or may process data there. Any transfers are framed by the standard contractual clauses adopted by the European Commission or by another mechanism provided for in Chapter V of the GDPR.

Your data may also be shared with our advisers (accountant, lawyer) or with the competent authorities where the law requires it.

Enquiry with no commercial follow-up: messages received via the form are kept for a maximum of twenty-four months from the last exchange, then deleted.

Contractual relationship: the data necessary for performing the contract is kept for the whole duration of the relationship, then for the applicable legal periods — in particular the seven-year accounting retention period under Belgian law.

Technical logs held by the host: kept for a short period, defined by the provider, for security and diagnostic purposes.

You may at any time request early deletion of your data, subject to the legal retention obligations that apply to us.

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to messages received is limited to the people concerned, on accounts protected by a strong password and, where the service allows, by two-factor authentication.

No system can offer absolute security. In the event of a data breach likely to result in a high risk to your rights and freedoms, we will inform you and notify the Belgian Data Protection Authority, in accordance with Articles 33 and 34 GDPR.

In accordance with Articles 15 to 22 GDPR, you have a right of access to your data, and rights to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on our legitimate interest, and portability of the data you have provided to us.

Where processing is based on your consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Such withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.

To exercise these rights, write to info@inperiodigital.com setting out your request. We respond within one month; this period may be extended by two months for complex or numerous requests, in which case you will be informed. Where there is reasonable doubt as to your identity, we may ask for an additional means of verification.

If you consider that the processing of your data does not comply with the regulations, you may lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels — contact@apd-gba.be — www.dataprotectionauthority.be.

We do invite you to contact us first, however: most requests are settled within a few days, without any procedure.
