IT — Development & infrastructure
Build and secure your IT.
Custom development, infrastructure, network and security, ERP integration — from design through to day-to-day operation.
Services
What we build and keep running
Four domains, one point of contact: whoever designs it stays reachable when it has to be operated.
Custom development
Custom business applications and tools, portals, automation. We build what is not available off the shelf — and we say so when a market product would do the job.
- Business applications and web portals, internal or client-facing
- Automation of processes and repetitive tasks
- Interfaces and APIs between your existing tools
- Taking over, documenting and modernising legacy applications
Infrastructure & network
Hardware, network, security: design, rollout, monitoring. Documented infrastructure, readable by a third party and able to restart after an incident.
- Servers, virtualisation, storage and workstations
- Network, Wi-Fi, VPN, segmentation and firewalls
- Access management, hardening and logging
- Backups with restore testing: a backup never restored is not a backup
ERP integration — Odoo & Microsoft Dynamics
Connecting your management tools and making them flow. We integrate Odoo and Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, and connect them to what you already use.
- Functional scoping before any configuration
- Data migration and history takeover
- Connection to accounting, CRM, e-commerce and field tools
- Structured e-invoicing via Peppol, training and documentation
Managed services
Maintenance, monitoring and security on an ongoing basis: your IT stays operational without you having to think about it. A written scope, a predictable budget.
- Monitoring of servers, network and backups
- Scheduled updates and security patches
- A single point of contact for incidents, with agreed response times
- Periodic reporting: what was done, what needs to be budgeted
Why us
A supplier who stays reachable
From design to operation
We do not deliver a project and then disappear. The same contact follows the design, the rollout and the maintenance — which makes design shortcuts hard to justify.
Documented and reversible
Code, configurations, access and accounts belong to you. You must be able to change supplier without rebuilding everything: that is a starting condition, not a favour at the end of a contract.
Used to constrained environments
Financial institutions and the public sector: we know how to work with validation processes, security requirements, change windows and audits.

Frequently asked questions
Infrastructure to take over, an application to build, an ERP to integrate or invoicing to bring into compliance: describe the situation in a few lines. You will get a first reading, not an automated quote.
Is e-invoicing mandatory in Belgium in 2026?
Yes. Since 1 January 2026, Belgian VAT-registered companies must exchange structured electronic invoices for their B2B transactions. A PDF invoice sent by email does not meet that obligation, even when signed. Invoices addressed to private individuals are not covered by the requirement.
How do you send an invoice over the Peppol network?
Your invoicing software must be connected to a Peppol access point, which forwards the invoice to your client's access point. You need a Peppol identifier — usually your company number — and a structured format, Peppol BIS, based on the European standard EN 16931. Most recent ERP systems, including Odoo and Business Central, handle this natively or through a module: the work is mainly enabling, configuring and testing both sending and receiving.
What is the risk of still invoicing in PDF between Belgian companies?
An invoice that does not follow the structured format is not compliant: the issuer is exposed to the administrative penalties set out in VAT regulations and weakens their client's position. The most immediate risk, however, is commercial: more and more buyers, public and private, simply refuse non-compliant invoices and payments slip. If you are still on PDF, this is dealt with now, not next financial year.
How much does an Odoo implementation cost for a Belgian SME?
There is no standard price. The budget depends on the number of users, the modules enabled, the volume of data to migrate and above all the amount of custom development. Getting started on standard modules bears no comparison with an integration wired into your production or your e-commerce. We scope before we quote, and we flag the features that cost more than they return.
Should you choose Odoo or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central?
Odoo suits SMEs that want broad coverage — sales, stock, projects, website — with contained licence costs and plenty of flexibility. Business Central makes more sense when accounting and financial reporting are central, when the company already lives in the Microsoft ecosystem, or when several entities have to be consolidated. The deciding factor is not the brand but your two or three critical processes: we look at those before recommending either.
What is a managed IT services contract?
It is a fixed-term contract under which we take on the day-to-day operation of your IT — monitoring, updates, backups, security, user support — for an amount agreed in advance. The contract defines the exact scope, what is and is not covered, response times and reporting frequency. The aim is twofold: make the budget predictable and avoid emergency work billed at emergency rates.
